About Us

The Australian Property Institute (API) is the leading and contemporary membership body for the Australia’s Property community. API actively engages with its members to provide leadership, practical solutions and reliable support.

The Institute represents approximately 8,000 property professionals throughout Australia and overseas. The membership profile includes residential, commercial and plant and machinery valuers, property advisers property analysts and fund managers, property lawyers, and property researchers and academics.
