Media sales are organizations that offer their ad space for a group of publications or online sources. Have you heard of the term “media buy?” These are people who buy the open media slots that are available to businesses so they can get exposure for their goods and services. Someone has to be selling the ad spaces in the various media houses and then businesses buy into that particular package or publication or online source.
