The Australian Property Institute (API) is the leading and contemporary membership body for the Australia’s Property community. API actively engages with its members to provide leadership, practical solutions and reliable support.
The Institute represents approximately 8,000 property professionals throughout Australia and overseas. The membership profile includes residential, commercial and plant and machinery valuers, property advisers property analysts and fund managers, property lawyers, and property researchers and academics. In addition, API members often have influential relationships spanning other professions and sectors, including; government, mining and resources, finance and many others.
The Institute’s primary role is to promote and maintain the highest standards of professional practice, education, and professional conduct for members and the broader profession. Fundamentally the API is committed to broadening the expertise, connectivity and knowledge of its membership
