expatriates, repatriates and networkers, we worked together on an event ‘AFL please tell’ in 2010 which encouraged migrants to come along and learn more about Australian Rules Football so that they could also get involved  and support the game. The inaugural event at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) instigated the development of the AFL Multicultural Program. Tony assisted in whatever way possible with his connections, knowledge and time and was a pleasure to work with. He is well read, well connected and always interesting to talk to!
