Seven has an exciting opportunity for a passionate, hard-working Partnerships Sales Executive to join our team. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Partnerships Manager, the Partnerships Executive is primarily responsible for the formulation and implementation of Seven’s Sponsorship strategies and communications that augments and supports the sales team to meet Network revenue goals and market share and that enhance the Seven brand.

The Melbourne Partnerships Sales Executive is responsible for working with the Partnerships Manager on managing the specific formats that they have been allocated and to develop proactive product strategies – the go to market proposition.

Using existing agency and direct client relationships at mid-senior level; the role will develop, win and deliver new incremental revenue for Seven West Media products for all available assets from agencies and direct clients nationally, achieving agreed monthly, quarterly, annual and program sales budgets. This includes accompanying 7Sales colleagues on critical briefs and market-facing presentations, as well as initiating proactive conversations with agencies and clients to drive opportunities that are multi-platform.

As the Partnerships Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively and reactively drive premium revenue for all Tentpole General Entertainment programs across Seven.
  • Drive collaboration with internal departments including: 7Production, 7Digital, 7Design, Red Engine, and Research to interpret briefs and develop market-leading integration opportunities and strategically-led multi-screen proposals in support of clients objectives to secure premium revenue for Seven West Media Group.
  • Preparation & presentation of Partnership opportunities and costs for both internal and external customers/clients
  • Ensure the smooth running of sponsorship roll out through Client and Product liaison while effectively managing project budgets, client communications and meeting deadlines.
  • Deliver recommendations and insights from on-going market trends, news and conditions
  • Directly dealing with EP, format holders, Activation & Digital Managers
  • Drive new, creative premium revenue solutions for the network
  • Prepare and manage relevant business documents, reports and correspondence

Previous Media Channel Planning experience is essential and formal Qualifications in Business, Management or Marketing and In-depth understanding of the marketing process is well regarded.
